Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged product, please get in touch with us ASAP and we will provide a refund or replacement as per the unique case with no charges. Parcel opening video is necessary to claim a refund on the basis of damaged product and original tags need to be intact.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please raise an exchange ticket via email at shagunhouse24@gmail.com. Alternative product or store credit can be selected. Buyer is liable for new shipping costs.
